When you have an inspection of your home completed by Armor Inspections, all of the major components of your home are visually inspected from the roof top to the foundation.  If it is accessible, we try to look at it.  Some inspection companies will only look at a random sample of some components such as windows and electrical receptacles.  We try to operate all windows, receptacles, or other components unless they are obstructed by storage, or other obstacle.  We cover foundation, drainage, roofing, attics, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, stairways, fireplaces, fences, cabinets, electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, and major appliances.  We try to walk every roof where it is safe to do so.  We enter all accessible crawl spaces.  We don't have X-Ray vision and can't predict the future, but we try to meet or exceed the standards of the Texas Real Estate Commission and the American Society of Home Inspectors.
